Fire Sprinkler System

The fire sprinkler attached to the fire fighting pipe line and are installed at the top on ceiling or on the wall. The water is supplied by water tank and need fire pumps. The pumps are jockey pump, electric pump and diesel gen-set pump. The sprinkler fire fighting system is controlled by the alarm check valves. The fire sprinkler is consists of bulb and deflector. When the temperature of the surrounding increase the liquid in the bulb expand, ruptured the bulb glass, the fire sprinkler orifice is opened and water sprinkler fire fighting system is activated. The whole fire fighting system is control by deluge valve via any fire alarm system.

Fire Hydrant System

The fire hydrant attached to the fire pump and water supply tank. The fire pumps are jockey pump, electric pump and diesel gen-set pump. The fire fighting hydrant line is close loop pipe system to maintain the pressure in the water hydrant fire fighting system. In water hydrant fire fighting system hydraulic calculations are done according to NFPA standards. The piping may be underground and above ground by brackets. Hose cabinet having 30m 2 2“ hose pipe and 65mm Nozzle already stand near each hydrant at the time of the fire hazard emergency.

Fire Hose Reel System

Fire hose reels that are installed on the inside of the building in the form of reels in cabinets. The water supply to these hoses is from fire pump room via main fire fighting hydrant line. The fire pumps are jockey pump, electric pump and diesel gen-set pump. The hoses different kind of nozzles at its ends for different type of fire hazards. The fire hoses are made of different materials and sizes that are installed according to the nature of hazards. Now in local, 1” hose reel and nozzle are more useful in any projects.

Fire Wet Riser System

Wet risers are the form of internal hydrant for the fireman to use and are always charged with water. Wet risers are only required for building where the top most floor is higher than 30.5 meters above the fire appliance access level. Wet riser system comprises duty fire pumps with stand by pump discharging into riser pipe with landing valves at each level and to jet at the fire. A jockey pump is usually provided to maintain system pressure. Hose cabinet having 30m 2 2“ hose pipe and 65mm Nozzle already stand near each hydrant at the time of the fire hazard emergency.

Fire Dry Riser System

Dry risers are the form of internal wet riser without stand by water for the fireman to use and join the fire pump on their fire vehicle. Dry risers are only required for building where the top under 20 meters need the fire appliance access level. Dry rising include 2 Ways breeching inlet , 2 /2” landing valve and air vent.

Fire Gas Suppression System

The CO2 system, FM200 system and Unique 227 gas suppression high pressure water mist system are used in these kind of fire fighting systems, the suppression agent is kept in cylinders at high pressure. The suppression is controlled by pilot cylinder or control valve by fire control panel via heat detectors or smoke detectors of fire alarm system depending upon the nature of hazard area.

Fire Alarm Conventional System

The conventional fire alarm system is divided into zones depending upon the nature of fire or hazard area. The fire alarm system also contain manual push buttons sounders and flashers that activated a few second before the system to alert the occupants from fire. The conventional fire alarm system are installed with less number of input and output devices.

Fire Alarm Addressable System

The addressable fire alarm systems are multitask fire alarm systems that also merged with other systems to control the butterfly valves, Solenoid valves and pressure switches to activate the fire fighting systems such as foam system activation or fire spray system. The heat detectors, smoke detectors and flame detectors are the fire detection devices that are installed on these fire alarm system, that send input fire signal to main control panel to activate the sounder & flasher and also alert the fire safety person via buzzer.
